WAITING STAFF
Previous experience will give you advantage but we are also happy to train you. Knowledge of Italian language and culinary culture is preferable. You will be dynamic, have a ‘can do attitude’, be presentable and well spoken. You will demonstrate an interest in food and wine and be able to handle yourself professionally under pressure. If your English is not perfect do not worry, we will challenge you to learn more.  If you are from overseas please make sure your visa allows you to work, that you have an Australian tax file number and that you’ll be committed to stay and work for at least 4-6 months. We are open 7 days a week so availability is essential.

COOKS
We are looking for cooks for full time positions. You need to be a qualified chef and have previous experience in the field. Knowledge of Italian cuisine will be an advantage, as well as full availability to work. NOTE: We do not offer offshore sponsorship nor guarantee work to overseas applicants without any previous face to face meeting and proper trials so if that is your case please refrain from sending your resume. KITCHEN HANDS
We are looking for kitchen hands for casual and part time positions, with the possibility of becoming full timers. You will have sound understanding of food handling,  enjoy the challenge of a busy environment and be able to work professionally under pressure.
