The secret of our recipes lie on a simple formula: cooking with passion and with fresh, top quality produce.
We use only the freshest ingredients available in the markets according to the season, and utilise imported Italian products whenever possible.
The ‘Produzione Artigianale’ philosophy stretches of course to our fresh pasta, hand-rolled every early morning by Zio Leo, as well as our own recipe of home-made small goods, fruit bread and our famous ‘Positano’ (sgroppino of the house). So from the moment you start your meal, to the moment you finish off with our house digestive, you will be enjoying all the little details that are made with our own hands.
